Meet new useful features and usability enhancements in your personal web office. Read on to learn all the details.
Integrated OFORMs gallery
From now on, you can create forms faster using available templates from our free library which is integrated in ONLYOFFICE Personal.
To make use of this feature, click on the Actions button or the plus icon next to My documents, then choose Form template -> OFORMs gallery.
On the opened page, you can view the template info, including the last modified date, size, and the number of pages. Once you select the needed template, just click on the Create option in the file menu.
Please note: Currently, form templates in the OFORMs library are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Chinese. In case, you have another language selected in your ONLYOFFICE Personal profile, form templates will be displayed in English.
Dark theme
It’s now easier to work at night or in dark environments thanks to the Dark theme. To activate it, go to your profile settings and choose the corresponding option in the Interface theme section (you can also choose the Light one or use the system theme).
Keep in mind that this new setting activates the Dark theme only in the document manager space. If you want to enable the dark mode when editing docs, you can do it in the Advanced settings in the editor itself.
More interface languages
The interface of ONLYOFFICE Personal is now accessible in 26 languages. With this update, we added the following ones (along with the already available English, German, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian):

You can change the interface language in the profile settings. Moreover, it’s now more comfortable thanks to the displayed flags in the selector.
Hotkeys
Use hotkeys to switch between list and grid view, create, upload, select and move between folders, docs, sheets, slides, and forms in your personal office.
To open the full list of available hotkeys, press Ctrl + / or ?, or just select the Hotkeys option from the menu available when clicking on your profile photo in the upper right corner.
Easier navigation
The added breadcrumb navigation allows you to easily keep track of your location within the document manager. This can be especially useful when you have a complicated folder structure.
Other usability enhancements
We improved the overall look and feel of the personal online office both for the web and mobile version, redesigned some elements such as sharing, filter, and Download as panel, sorting menu — all to make your work even more intuitive and comfortable.
The added group context menu allows applying actions such as Download, Mark as favorite, Delete, etc. to the selected files in a bulk.
Besides, we fixed the issue with uploading empty folders using Drag’n’Drop. In case you upload a new folder which contains several files and subfolders some of which are empty, the empty ones will be also uploaded what was not possible before.
What’s more, upon completion of the uploading process, you can now click the Uploads button which allows viewing the list of the uploaded items.
