Jalios added the button “Co-edit” for all office document stored in JCloud:
Once a user clicks on “Co-edit”, ONLYOFFICE online editor will be loaded in a new tab. Thus, JCloud users can edit DOCX, XLSX, PPTX documents in a familiar tabbed interface right inside their digital workplace.
As for collaborative features, team members meet around the same document during a virtual meeting and:
- co-edit documents with other members, guests or external users;
- see each other’s modifications and contributions in real time;
- manage document versions;
- send invitations to co-edit.
As a reminder, in October 2019, Jalios went into technical partnership with ONLYOFFICE to provide JPlatform, both on-premise and cloud-hosted, with online document editors.
ONLYOFFICE module, conjointly with the PDF conversion add-on, also allows to convert JPlatform documents (DOC, XLS, PPT, ODT, XLSX, PPTX, DOCX, еtc.) to PDF.
