Its main objective is to offer secure, agile and reliable management of the domain lifecycle, accompanied by tools that make it easier for its clients and partners to operate and manage their digital infrastructure.

The company’s team consists of around 50 people, working in technical support, operations, administration, regulatory compliance, product and development areas. Its history began more than a decade ago, based on the idea to offer a more transparent and efficient service in the domain market, with a special focus on automation, security and personalized attention.

Key challenge for a multidisciplinary team

At SCIP, the main challenge was to unify the document workflow under a secure, private and centralized environment. The company’s employees were eager to:

• Eliminate file decentralization.
• Reduce the use of email attachments.
• Facilitate simultaneous collaboration between various departments on technical, operational, legal and administrative documents.
