ONLYOFFICE Documents v7.5 for iOS is available with automatic hyphenation, multi-column layout, formula tips, and more
Along with the new version of ONLYOFFICE Docs, we have updated our mobile app ONLYOFFICE Documents for iOS to version 7.5. It is already available on the App Store. Read this blog post to know more about updates.
Automatic hyphenation
Automatic hyphenation is a useful tool to improve readability, consistency, and document appearance, especially when dealing with long words that might otherwise cause awkward spacing or line breaks.
From now on, the feature is also available for the document editor of the mobile app to automatically hyphenate words at the end of the line.
To activate this feature, go to the document parameters by clicking the Settings icon -> Document parameters -> Hyphenation.
Multi-column layout
You can also apply multi-column layouts to divide your text on the page into several columns.
To do so, go to Settings -> Document parameters -> Columns, and choose the number of columns.
Formula tips
In spreadsheet editor, working with formulas becomes easy with formula tips. Now you can check the correctness of the entered formula in the tips.
Besides, when working with formulas, you can now accept or cancel changes when editing a formula field by clicking the corresponding button.
Header and Footer advanced settings
We’ve also added footer customization headers and footer advanced settings. You can change their position, adjust the number position, etc.
Click the Stylo icon in the top right corner and switch to Header.
Presentation format customization
In presentation editor, you can choose the slide size between two options: Standard or Widescreen.
Go to Settings -> Presentation parameters -> Slide size.
