We decided to change the location of ONLYOFFICE cloud portals in Europe from Dublin to Frankfurt. Here’s everything you need to know.
Why did we relocate the EU portals?
The new location of SaaS user’s data on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt will guarantee more smooth GDPR-related procedures thanks to strict regional data protection laws.
We believe this will establish better trust to our cloud services and help users exercise their rights more easily.
Do you need to do anything?
No, the migration is an automatic process fully managed by ONLYOFFICE.
