Free cloud office for startups
We introduced a new plan for small teams called ONLYOFFICE Workspace Startup that features collaborative online editors and a productivity platform with document management system, projects, mail, calendars, CRM, and corporate social network.
The solution is fit for teams of 5 users and is absolutely free.
New features in business cloud
Cloud service for corporate clients now comes with extended administration features. We added:
- LDAP to easily import users,
- SSO support for secure authentication,
- ability to quickly restore cloud office from a previously created backup file,
- full-text search through documents, projects, and mail content.
Moreover, it is now possible to specify the exact number of users of your business cloud when purchasing a subscription.
VIP cloud for enterprises
For large organizations with extra big amount of users and specific needs for data security defined by industry regulations, we created a solution called VIP cloud that combines very advanced data security measures and easiness of use.
VIP Cloud is hosted on a dedicated server in Hertzner datacenter (Germany) and maintained by an ONLYOFFICE manager who will be always there to help. Other hosting options are Amazon AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
It is a managed version of self-hosted Workspace provided as a dedicated service that gives you all perks of a private cloud solution: Private Rooms for end-to-end encrypted document editing, sharing and collaboration, multitenancy with several connected portals for different organization branches, and more.
