Overview

With this plugin, you’ll be able to communicate with your team, exchange instant messages and make video and voice calls using Rainbow right in the ONLYOFFICE editors.

Rainbow is a business communication platform developed by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE).

How to use

  • Open Plugins tab and click Rainbow.
  • Log in to your Rainbow account or create a new one.

How to install

For server and cloud solutions

Install the plugin via the built-in Plugin Manager right in the editors with one click.

Known issues

Problems with accessing cookies may appear in Google Chrome.

To fix that, go to your Chrome settings: Settings -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and other site data and enable the Allow all cookies option.
