ONLYOFFICE DocSpace now available on Zapier: automate your workflows

Brief intro to Zapier

Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps, no code necessary. Zapier users can move information from one app to another automatically rather than manually.

Each Zap you create starts with a trigger (something that happens in one app) and then one or more actions (something else that happens in another app).

How to get started

  1. Sign into your Zapier account or create a new one. It’s free to start.
  2. In the top menu, go to My Apps.
  3. Click Connect a new account… and find ONLYOFFICE DocSpace.
  4. In the authorization window, specify your DocSpace URL, email and password.
  5. Start automating by selecting an existing Zap or creating a new one with the Zap Editor, which will guide you through each step.

The integration is available in beta mode, so we invite you to leave us feedback that will help further improve its functionality.

  • DocSpace and Google Docs (using the File Created in My Documents trigger). Once a user creates a new personal document in DocSpace, its copy is automatically saved to Google Docs.
  • DocSpace and Gmail (using the File Created trigger). Once a user creates a new office file in DocSpace, its copy is sent to the Gmail account, for example, for mailing to customers.
  • DocSpace, Slack and Discord (using the Room Created trigger). After creating a new room in DocSpace, a Slack channel is automatically created and a notification is sent to Discord.
  • DocSpace and Google Chat (using the Room Archived trigger). After a user archives a room, a notification is automatically sent to Google Chat.

  • DocSpace and Telegram (using the Create Room trigger and Share Room action). When any room is created in DocSpace, an administrator or the corresponding user is automatically granted access to it and receives a notification via Telegram.
  • Linear and DocSpace (using the Create Room action). When a new task is created in Linear app, a room is automatically created in DocSpace.
  • OneDrive and DocSpace (using the Upload File action). When a file is added to OneDrive, its copy is automatically saved to DocSpace.
  • HubSpot and DocSpace (using the Invite User action). When a new contact is added to HubSpot, they automatically receive an invitation to register in DocSpace.
