The SaaS version of ONLYOFFICE Docs allows you to access all the editing and collaborative features from the on-premise version and enjoy the same user experience without the need to install and configure the suite manually.
Our team provides full maintenance and regular updates, which together with professional assistance allows you to focus on your tasks and projects.
The cloud-based version of the online suite can be connected to different file storage platforms and DMS solutions like Nextcloud, ownCloud, Confluence, Alfresco, WordPress, etc. with ready-to-use integration apps provided by ONLYOFFICE or our official partners.
We host ONLYOFFICE Docs as a service on Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides 99,99999% stability guarantee and operates in compliance with the highest industry security standards. More hosting options will be available later.
Available tariff plans
ONLYOFFICE Docs as a service offers two tariff plans: Business and VIP.
When you opt for the Business plan, the ONLYOFFICE online editors are hosted on trusted public servers, and the postpaid billing model is applied. That means that you will be charged at the end of each month for the actual number of users, 8$ per user/month.
For the VIP cloud, ONLYOFFICE Docs is hosted on a dedicated server. The payment is to be made in advance based on the specified number of users.

How to get started with ONLYOFFICE Docs in the cloud
Go to the registration page, enter your full name and email address in the corresponding fields, and choose the tariff plan you need.
If you select the Business plan, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform where you will be able to create a personal account.
After you complete this step, you will receive an email with the details that are required to connect your platform to ONLYOFFICE Docs (ONLYOFFICE Document Server):
- Document Server address;
- Document Server JWT Header;
- Document Server secret.
Choose the required integration option on the welcome page and install the corresponding ONLYOFFICE connector. After that, you need to log into your platform, find the ONLYOFFICE Settings page and enter the details you received by email into the corresponding fields. Don’t forget to click the Save button.
That’s all! Now you can collaborate on documents in real time with your friends or colleagues.
