ONLYOFFICE joins Jalios’s initiative to equip teams with free remote-friendly tools

In this period of widespread remote working, many software developers are acting in solidarity with one another to meet companies’ collaboration needs. To help enterprises of all sizes, associations, and public organizations stay on track, Jalios, in partnership with hosting provider XSALTO, digital learning platform 1Day1Learn, and ONLYOFFICE, offers free and unlimited access to its out-of-the-box JCloud solution for 3 months without any commitment.

JCloud allows remote teams to:

• stay in touch and share information via blog posts, corporate social network wall, forums;
• work together using webchat, audio/video conferencing, real-time co-editing;
• organize workflow thanks to collaborative spaces that bring together information related to the project and help to divide and track tasks to complete project goals;
• support and train the employees via courses, guides, knowledge base.

Jalios also mobilizes its partners – ASI, Keyrus, Klee Interactive, Spectrum Groupe – to offer from 3 to 5 days of free support to help users to configure settings.

ONLYOFFICE completes JCloud offer with its online document editors, up to 5000 connections included.

Jalios added the button “Co-edit” for all office document stored in JCloud:

Once a user clicks on “Co-edit”, ONLYOFFICE online editor will be loaded in a new tab. Thus, JCloud users can edit DOCX, XLSX, PPTX documents in a familiar tabbed interface right inside their digital workplace.

As for collaborative features, team members meet around the same document during a virtual meeting and:

• co-edit documents with other members, guests or external users;
• see each other’s modifications and contributions in real time;
• manage document versions;
• send invitations to co-edit.

As a reminder, in October 2019, Jalios went into technical partnership with ONLYOFFICE to provide JPlatform, both on-premise and cloud-hosted, with online document editors.

ONLYOFFICE module, conjointly with the PDF conversion add-on, also allows to convert JPlatform documents (DOC, XLS, PPT, ODT, XLSX, PPTX, DOCX, еtc.) to PDF.
