Earlier this year DigitalOcean announced the launch of Marketplace — a new platform with easy-to-use partner-built solutions to enable easier app development, deployment and scaling with DigitalOcean’s signature 1-click simplicity.

First, log in to your DigitalOcean account (if you have any) or create a new one.
Then go to the Marketplace, select “ONLYOFFICE” and click the “Create Droplet” button.
Choose your plan. The size requirement for ONLYOFFICE depends on which ONLYOFFICE components you will use, how many users will work in your cloud office, and the number of documents and mail you plan to store. 8 GB is recommended to run it smoothly.
Add backups and block storage if needed. Choose a data center region closest to your geographic location to reduce page load times.
Specify a hostname. Then click “Create”.
Log in to your droplet using one of two options:
- A root password received by email. We strongly recommend changing the root password when prompted.
- An SSH key, a more secure way of logging in. If you choose this option, click New SSH key to add a new SSH key or select a previously added key (if you have any).
