ONLYOFFICE 8.6.0: More Customization Options, New Version History and Mail Printing

Hello everyone!

Today we would like to tell you about the latest updates in your cloud office and give you some tips on how to use them. So here is an overview of what’s new.

Brand Your Web-Office
 
To meet our user needs, we have added more customization options. So from now on you can not only change the ONLYOFFICE logo on the “Sign In” page, but completely rebrand the web-office using your company’s logo.

Check Document Versions
 
If you wish to check the changes made to a file by you and your teammates or see who made the specific edits, make use of the new Version History option.
 
Tip on how to see the history of the changes made to your document
Open your document for editing, click the File icon at the left sidebar and select the Version History option. All the versions will be listed at the left sidebar. Select the one you need. It will be displayed with the changes highlighted by the color that appears next to the author name at the left sidebar.

Print Your Messages
 
If you need a paper copy of a single message or an entire email thread, use the appropriate “Print” option.
 
Tip on how to print mails
To print an entire email thread, open it, click the "More" button and select the "Print" option. If you need to print one single message from the thread, use the same "Print" option from the "Actions" menu. The standard print window will open.
