How to contribute to ONLYOFFICE blog: a brief guide for writers

ONLYOFFICE is a big ecosystem of solutions for personal and commercial use with numerous features that always evolve and appear anew. There are never too many how-tos, articles, guides and tutorials for all of them. You can write yours or translate the existing ones into other languages and get them published.
This way, you can share your interesting ideas and useful tips with other users to enhance their experience, or make the blog content available to more people in their native languages.
So, you can practice content writing, blogging, and translating. And it’s a nice kick-off for any portfolio for any student or young writer.

Especially, we are interested in the following topics:
- testimonials / success stories (your experience with ONLYOFFICE);
- tips and tricks for using ONLYOFFICE solutions and its specific features;
- tech-focused articles on creating macros and plugins for ONLYOFFICE.
Of course, you are not limited only to the specified themes. Let your imagination run freely!
How to contribute
The only strict requirement for the blog contributors is having a good knowledge of English. If you meet this requirement, we’d love to cooperate with you as soon as possible!
- Apply. Suggest your article idea and a brief outline in a any form via marketing@onlyoffice.com.
- Write. If your topic is approved, it is time to write the blog article.
- Revise. Submit your first draft and collaborate with us to revise your work.
- Publish. If everything is OK, we’ll publish your article and discuss the reward.
The same steps refer to the blog translations. Currently, our team maintains the ONLYOFFICE blog in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese.
With our contributors, we are now also adding posts in Greek, Hindi, and Serbian.
So, you are more than welcome to suggest any other languages for article translations.
