June 2023
OW2con’23: June 14-15 – Paris, France
ONLYOFFICE joined ow2con’23 at Orange Gardens Innovation Center, Châtillon, Paris, which is an annual event dedicated to open-source. The conference explored the challenges the open-source software needs to address in order to become a key enabler for competitiveness, digital sovereignty and democracy. As our contribution, we presented ways to improve user’s document editing experience with plugins in ONLYOFFICE Docs.
We Make Future, International Trade Fair and Festival on Tech and Digital Innovation: June 15-17 – Rimini, Italy
We Make Future is a certified international fair and festival that welcomes people and businesses to build a better future by providing them with opportunities to meet technology, digital, and artificial intelligence via events, trainings, business, B2B meetings and networking. It is a collective and global platform, an accelerator of culture, training and innovation that has always operated as a tool at the service of society, connecting students, professionals, companies, startups, NPOs, institutions and territories.
Open Source Conference 2023 Hokkaido & Online: June 17 – Online. June 24 – Hokkaido, Japan
The Open Source Conference (OSC), hosting a hybrid event on June 17 and an offline gathering on June 24, is the community that tells the story of open source today, based in Japan. It welcomes participants to run seminars and organize product exhibits, or attend the event for free as visitors. This year, ONLYOFFICE acted as both the seminar host and as an exhibitor.
Codecon Digital: June 22-23 – Online/Brazil
Our team had Meet&Greet stand at the Codecon Digital, one of the main online conferences for developers in Brazil. The event took place in a digital city with a medieval theme in Gather Town, where our colleague Klaibson Borges represented the team and ran online sessions devoted to ONLYOFFICE Docs for developers and ONLYOFFICE DocSpace.
PowerTech 2023: June 25-29 – Belgrade, Serbia
In June, we took part in PowerTech 2023, the anchor conference of the IEEE Power and Energy Society in Europe. It offers a platform for scholars and experts engaged in various aspects of electrical power engineering, from both industry and academia, to connect, discuss concepts, and present the findings of their research. The focal point of the IEEE PowerTech 2023 conference was “Pioneering advancements for robust and environmentally-friendly power systems”, where both the business and academic sectors were encouraged to enhance their partnership and take the forefront in shaping energy innovation.

HighLoad++: July 4 – Belgrade, Serbia
In the beginning of July, ONLYOFFICE participated in HighLoad++, the largest conference and expo for developers of complex and high loaded systems held in Belgrade. For more than 15 years, the event has been bringing together exceptionally talented experts from around the globe to exchange their expertise, deliberate on the most trending subjects, gain knowledge, and establish professional connections. Local ONLYOFFICE dev team participated in the meetup to get to know the fellow developer community and make new invaluable connections.
MoodleMoot FR: July 5-7 – Troyes, France
For the second time, the University of Technology of Troyes hosted a major event for the French-speaking MoodleTM community dedicated to all things Moodle, MoodleMoot FR. This year, it brought together nearly 500 participants to share their experiences and innovations in digital learning. As a Silver partner of the event, we attended three days of conferences, workshops, roundtables, and informal exchanges, and ran a presentation about ONLYOFFICE integration in Moodle.

The 4th International Conference on Big Data & Artificial Intelligence & Software Engineering (ICBASE 2023): August 25-27 – Nanjing, China
In Nanjing, China, we took part in The 4th International Conference on Big Data & Artificial Intelligence & Software Engineering (ICBASE 2023). The event aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry around the world to discuss the latest progress and development in these fields. It is an international platform for knowledge sharing,as well as creating favorable atmosphere for collaboration initiations. As a speaker, ONLYOFFICE gave a presentation to explain how to organize document collaboration in a learning management system.
