Mobile integration: how it works
Our partners from Seafile implemented the Shared Folder functionality in their Android app. It means that you can edit office documents using other apps, including ONLYOFFICE, and all the changes will be automatically synchronized with your Seafile portal.
You don’t even need ONLYOFFICE Document Server to be installed to work with Seafile documents on your Android device.
To be able to benefit from this mobile integration, install ONLYOFFICE and Seafile apps from Google Play:
Then, log in to your Seafile server in the Seafile mobile app. When you try to open any document, the device will ask you what application to use — just select ONLYOFFICE Documents and make the necessary changes in the file.
After saving the changes, you will see the modified documents are synchronized with your Seafile portal opened in the web:
