ONLYOFFICE on the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace
On the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, you can find the following products:
- ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition, an online office suite with browser-based editors for text documents, spreadsheets and presentations that can be integrated with a number of file-sharing platforms and DMS solutions, including Nextcloud, Seafile, Confluence, Alfresco, ownCloud, SharePoint, Moodle, etc.;
- ONLYOFFICE Docs Developer Edition, a collaborative office suite for software developers who would like to offer document editing capabilities within their own application;
- ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise Edition, a full-stack cloud office with an online office suite and a collaboration platform for a wide range of business processes, such as document and email management, calendaring, CRM, project management, internal communication and more.
For ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition and Developer Edition, you can choose an optimum number of simultaneous connections depending on the number of documents to be edited. One connection is one document opened in a browser tab for editing.
For ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise Edition, you can choose a plan with a certain number of users depending on the size of your team.

How to quickly deploy ONLYOFFICE
To start using ONLYOFFICE Docs or Workspace on Alibaba Cloud, log into your account and choose any available option on the official ONLYOFFICE page. Then click Choose Your Plan, and you will be able to select either Quick Launch or Custom Launch.
The easiest way to deploy ONLYOFFICE is Quick Launch. If you prefer more flexible customization of your ONLYOFFICE instance, you can choose Custom Launch. This option allows you to fine-tune networking and system configurations but requires some special knowledge and skills.
After clicking Quick Launch, you need to choose the following parameters:
- Region;
- Instance Type;
- Image;
- Network Billing Method;
- Quantity;
- Duration.
After that, the total cost will be calculated automatically depending on your settings. Click Preview in the lower right corner, and you will see a new window. Click Confirm Product Features and Purchase to proceed with payment. Once the payment is made, you can start using the ONLYOFFICE software deployed on Alibaba Cloud.
