How to install ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors on Endless OS
In today’s article, we are going to explain how to install ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors on Endless OS.
Endless OS is a Linux operating system based on Debian with a customized desktop environment forked from GNOME 3. This operating system is designed to provide a simplified and streamlined user experience.
The main advantage of Endless OS is that it is meant to feel natural and intuitive, making it easy to use even if you have little or no computer experience at all. Endless OS is free to download and has automatic updates with no user interaction.
Since Endless OS comes with Flatpak, the app distribution system to run apps safely and securely on different Linux systems, the simplest way to get ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors installed is using Flathub.
To install ONLYOFFICE from Flathub, you need to do the following:
- Find ONLIOFFICE Desktop Editors in the Productivity category or use the search bar.
- Click the Install button.
It’s also possible to install ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors directly from the command line. To do that, just enter the following command:
flatpak install flathub org.onlyoffice.desktopeditors
That’s it! The editors are ready to use. To run them, use this command:
