ONLYOFFICE Online Editors v.5.5.1 with more localization options and other minor improvements

Despite quarantine, ONLYOFFICE team and translator community continue working hard. As a result, even a minor update of online editors can be considered as a new version 5.5.1 with more localization options and other improvements. To learn more, read this article.

The great thing about being a member of the ONLYOFFICE community is that you can collaborate and improve it! A big thank to those who participated in translation! Through your efforts, ONLYOFFICE editors interface is available in 21 languages.

In version 5.5.1, localization options were improved for Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish in all the editors. We also added support for Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Swedish.

ONLYOFFICE developers do their best to make switching from MS Office easier thanks to our software 100% compatibility. In Excel, you can apply data validation to cells to control what can be entered in your worksheet, make data entry easier, and reduce input errors and typing mistakes.

Starting from version 5.5.1, a worksheet that contains cells having data validation and drop-down lists can be correctly displayed in the spreadsheet editor. ONLYOFFICE users are able now to pick items from the drop-down list created in Excel.
