TeamLab Mobile: Manage docs the easy way even on the move

13 October 2011 By Nina 20 293

Good news for those who want to constantly track project progress regardless of a laptop or office location. TeamLab’s introduced the Documents version for Android and iOS devices becoming a truly mobile management service.

The Mobile Documents provides a number of the most essential features that allow you to view corporate or personal documents, spreadsheets, presentations and images, organize files in a folder structure and make notes in .txt format. The search function makes browsing through documents smooth and easy. Android device users can also upload photos to their TeamLab portal. This way you get an ability to stay on top of your document processing and management chores no matter where you are.*

We will continue to upgrade TeamLab Mobile in the future making it a more complete analogue for the multiple options available in the SaaS version. Meantime, we’re working on the calendar option and CRM module that will be the next TeamLab autumn enhancements. Follow our RSS to be the first to get the news!

*To start using TeamLab Mobile, enter portal address in the mobile browser adding /mobile at the end: [your portal name]

Zina, you can work in TeamLab both from your iPhone and iPad devices! Just enter the name of your portal in a browser – that’s it.

Bong, to quickly solve this problem, you can try pushing the link “standard version” at the bottom and login via this link. If it doesn’t work out, please write to

What is the solution for this? I have the same problem when trying to log in using my iPhone. Via my computer the login works fine. Also, when trying to use the standard version I get redirected straight back to mobile version.

OK I found the problem – somehow my iPhone was not accepting cookies; go to Settings-Safari-Privacy-Accept Cookies (select either From visited or Always). Then it works without issue.

Ali, sorry for the late answer. You can try to clear browser cookies. If it doesn’t work out, please write to

    Hi guys,
my team and I started using teamlab a week ago and we are all rather impressed. Great work and keep it up!

If I might just add, that when logging into the site from an iPad, everything seems to be working fine, except when I go into tasks – I can’t assign a task. That button does not want to work in ipad. All other options and buttons work 100%, but that one.
It would be also great if you could add the feature to invite members by their email, and not have anyone who knows the portal address to be able to register and log in. Competition can use this against us.
    Keep it up!

Slaven, concerning the invitation, you can send invitation links to your colleagues. Go to the portal Settings, scroll down till the section Invitation Link, copy the link and send to team members. As for the problem with assigning tasks, please write to

Olga, I realize that we can access our portal via iPhone/iPad by going to the site. This is possible because Teamlab’s core technology is HTML5. Will there be a native iPhone/iPad in the future will all of the functionality available on the browser?

      Hi, Ken!
We realize the importance of native mobile apps for Teamlab users and of course, we are planning to implement them in future, just not in the nearest, as the the stable 7.0 SaaS version is under priority at this moment.
