The Twilio service allows ONLYOFFICE CRM users to make and receive calls right from a web browser using virtual numbers

Key features:

Add as many virtual numbers as you need and manage them.

Receive incoming calls from customers and make outgoing calls right from the CRM system.

Automatically save incoming calls from new phone numbers that are not stored in your customer base as new CRM contacts.

Add the information about phone conversations with customers to the communication history of your CRM contacts.

Set up incoming call queue, operator pause, waiting ringtones.

How to use

  • Get the Twilio API credentials: Account SID and Auth Token.
  • Configure the Twilio settings in the ONLYOFFICE admin settings.
  • Add and set up the necessary virtual number.
  • Specify the operator for each virtual number.

The VoIP icon will appear on the contact page for the appointed manager.
