Overview

The Telegram plugin for ONLYOFFICE Docs allows you to communicate with collaborators right in the editors using Telegram. This plugin uses TDLib, a cross-platform library for building Telegram clients.

The plugin is to be installed manually and available in ONLYOFFICE Workspace (Cloud and On Premises), ONLYOFFICE Docs (Enterprise and Developer Editions), ONLYOFFICE Personal, and ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors.

How to use

  • Choose Telegram from the Plugins tab.
  • Sign in to Telegram using your phone number or QR code.
  • You‘ll remain logged in by default. If you want to change an account, leave the box Keep me signed in unchecked.
  • The list of your chats will appear on the left.

How to install

For server solutions

Put the folder with the plugin code to ONLYOFFICE Document Server folder:

  • For Linux - /var/www/onlyoffice/documentserver/sdkjs-plugins/.
  • For Windows - %ProgramFiles%\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\sdkjs-plugins\.

For desktop editors

  • Archive the plugin files (it must contain config.json, index.html, and pluginCode.js).
  • Change the file extension to .plugin.
  • Go to the Plugins tab, click Manage Plugins >> Add plugin, browse for the .plugin file.
