Overview

The DocuSign service connected to your ONLYOFFICE allows you to send text documents, spreadsheets and presentations for electronic signature right from your portal, and receive signed documents as PDF files stored in the specified folder within the Documents module. There is no need to print and scan your documents to get them signed.

How to use

  • Connect DocuSign to ONLYOFFICE portal.
  • Let portal users connect their DocuSign accounts in the Documents module.
  • Select any document you would like to send for signature.
  • Select the Send with DocuSign option from the document menu.

You are also able to sign documents, view and download all signed files.
