WordPress is a popular free and open-source content management system. It was originally created as a blog-publishing service and has evolved to support other web content types including mailing lists and forums, media galleries, LMS, online stores, etc.
Besides, you can easily modify and extend your WordPress using lots of available themes and plugins.
With ONLYOFFICE integration app, admins are able to work with office documents and website visitors can view them in the published posts.
Edit files uploaded to WordPress
All uploaded files from the Media section will appear on the ONLYOFFICE -> Files page within admin dashboard.
Users with the administrator rights are able to edit and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) using two co-editing modes, Track Changes, comments, and built-in chat.
The editor opens in the same tab by clicking on the file name. All the changes are saved in the same file.
Add ONLYOFFICE blocks to posts
When creating a post, you can add the ONLYOFFICE element (block) and then upload a new file or select one from the Media Library.
After the post is published, your WordPress site visitors will have access to this file for viewing in the Embedded mode.
