ONLYOFFICE Documents 6.2 for iOS with comments and document review is available on App Store

Great news, everyone!

We have released a new version of our app for iOS. From now on ONLYOFFICE Documents 6.2 allows you to leave comments and share documents for review. Keep reading to find out more.

Comments in all three editors

The updated app makes document collaboration a lot more efficient. Now on you can leave comments for your co-authors and answer theirs in real time when collaborating on text documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Besides, you can easily manage comments by deleting and marking them as resolved.

To add a comment, just select the required text and use the context menu. If you want to leave a comment to the whole document, you can tap “+” on the top toolbar and select Comment.

Tagging other users in comments will be added in future releases.

Document review

Another important collaborative feature brought by the updated app is the Review option. Using this feature, it’s possible to share a document with other users, and they will be able to review it in Track Changes mode. It means they will be able to change sentences, phrases or other elements, correct spelling, etc. without editing it actually. After all the changes are made by co-authors, the owner can decide whether to accept or reject them.

To view, accept or reject changes made to the document under review, tap the Collaboration icon on the top toolbar, select Document Review and choose the required option.
