The first version of TeamLab Affiliates Program has been available for about three months and it was sufficient time for us to collect your feedback and include corresponding modifications into a new revised version.

New ways to assign referrals

Now you can link your website or blog with your affiliate account by placing a special code in  the website meta data. If the web resource is a public community, soical network or blog platform, you can still use a unique affiliate link to associate advertising materials with your account.

TeamLab Documents Get a New Uniform Format

TeamLab DocumentsA much-anticipated change in the work with documents in your TeamLab Office is coming. In this post we’d like to officially say good bye to TeamLab internal formats – .doct, .xlst, .pptt – and welcome the well-known format of Microsoft Office 2007 and higher.

This format is called Open Office XML. It was developed by Microsoft for saving and exchanging editable office documents and includes the following file extensions: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX.

We got a new data center for TeamLab servers based in Ireland. From now on there are two locations where TeamLab is hosted: US West (Oregon) Region and EU (Ireland) Region. Both belong to the recognized cloud hosting leader – Amazon.

All the visitors of your website or application users will be able to read, copy, share or embed it. In your turn you can manage it the way you like – modify the source document in your TeamLab Office and the changes will be visible in its published copy as well as restrict access to it with a single button click.
